Maybe.
But it would be just for the file ppaos2.add, and I'm not sure it would work with
Warp3.
Well, to start with you can give it a try.

BASEDEV=ppaos2.add

Parallel port Zip Drive ?? I thought Iomega themselves had an OS/2 driver for the
100MB (but not the 250MB) // drive ? Checking their site, it seems they've removed all
references to OS/2. Has the owner checked the CDs / Diskettes / Zip disk supplied with
the drive ? If I remember correctly, Iomega used to supply tools and drivers on the
zip disk supplied. Most people forgot to copy these important files off the drive
before formatting it and using it for their own purposes !

Support for the IDE version is included in the standard IBM1S506.ADD (and Dani
drivers), but parallel port devices are another matter.

Cheers/2
Ed.

HI Ed

I was surprised to receive a phone call from this chap who I guess works
for BP in Melbourne and he said that they have all Warp 3 boxes!! A bit
like all those zillions of MS windows 95 boxes I guess!

he came across my name as a contact for OS2 users group in Australia
from some IBM site....!

he tried to talk with IBM in Australia about his problem and they of
course had absolutely no idea about OS2 and his problems!!!

cheers

Graham

daniatapi.flt or ibmatapi.flt as a matter of fact. Of course, these drivers are of no use
for a parallel Zipdrive. And I'm not even sure ppaos2.add will work in Warp3. Hope we'll
get an answer soon.

Not the most up to date version - but there is a version of the Parallel Port Zip Driver
available from
http://www7.software.ibm dot com/2bcprod.nsf/7a0f7f88639fc0c5862566b90018f4f9/aed8
1afa663de1e187256a0700725f39/$FILE/PPZIP.EXE

The readme mentions installation on Warp 3 but also says that this version is a beta...

Hope this helps,

Paul.

Should be good news coz I've sent hem a non-beta ppaos2.add :-)
