Hi Daryl,

After some experimenting, which included re-setting my Classpath to
reflect your information, I still have a working system :-))

I still can't get the Jedit program to install, so I tried Jstreet Mailer,
that worked, so I conclude there must be something else needed to be done
specifically for that program tp run under OS/2-Java.

There seems to be a lot of this sort of thing going on with Java programs,
pity they couldn't create a setup once run everywhere system !

Thanks
Glenn.

->Glenn, my classpath is:
->SET CLASSPATH=.;.\.;C:\JAVA11\LIB\SecMa.jar;C:\JAVA11\LIB

->Watch-out for ";" at the end, get rid of it.

There is in fact the equivalent of the Windows installer in Java and it seems
to work well, unfortunately not all developers use it. Don't ask me what it's
called, I just remember seeing it when installing some JAVA apps.

Cheers/2
