	Off: unit 0 VECTOR set by SW2-7 through SW2-1
SW2-7	base VECTOR bit 08

SW1-4	On=Formatted transport operation; Off=Streaming tape operation.
SW2-9	On=select CDC GCR mode.
SW2-10  On=allow extended interblock gap in streaming mode;
        Off=allow only normal interblock gap.

SW3-7	Off=normal operation; On=include delay for VAX Diagnostics.
SW3-10	Off=normal write data strobe; On=inverted write data strobe.
SW3-8	On=allow software selection of density mode; Off=normal.
