Televideo 950 docs

I don't, but I have some 950s if anyone wants them.  (I'm no longer
using them for anything; I'd be happy to get rid of them, even happier
if they went to someone who actually has a use for them.)

I might even be able to rip one apart and trace the pc boards enough to
construct a schematic, but that depends on them not doing things like
6-layer pc boards.
