I'll try to scan it in but it won't be anytime soon.  I'm off on a trip
for a week starting Friday and when I get back I'll probably have
forgotten about it, so remind me :)  Anyway, I'll put it up on the web
somewhere but will give out the URL to only people who asked for it so I
don't get flamed by idiots.
