What is a .SC4 document?

SuperCalc was my first thought, but if I'm not mistaken, SuperCalc 4
goes back to the mid-80's and was pretty much forgotten by the early
90's. Also, I believe SuperCalc used .cal as an extension.
According to this site, it's a RollerCoaster Tycoon scenario file:
