IME/HO RAID arrays are where it's at... RAID 5 gives you increased
performance, redundancy, etc, etc, yadda, yadda.

But to protect from user error, buy disks. They're starting to run
cheaper than backup material the same size, and they're reliable over
time, and they're *fast*.
