Hmm, possibly spray-mount / photo-mount, or maybe spray-on automotive
carpet glue (latter will be much thicker). I've got a feeling that
they'll remain tacky, so might do the job.

Isn't about 60% of dust made up from dead skin cells? Yum. :-)
