 I'm not a major expert on vms, but I've had a similar problem on a
4000. I took all the qbus boards out of the machine and put them all
in one by one until it booted. The one card left turned out to need
termination before vms would boot.
You may have a similar problem, try taking everything out apart from
the tk50 card and see how that goes with an autoreconfigure.
