   Or another thought - AFFS is supported by Linux and the A4000T disk 
is probably IDE.  It could be mounted in a Linux box, the filesystems 
archived as dd images for protection first, then mounted and transcribed 
to CD-R or whatever.

   If it's possible, that would be much easier than working with the 
data on the A4000T.
