It appears to be available from the Freescale (nee Motorola) literature 
server.  Go to:

  http://www.freescale.com/webapp/DocLibServlet

...then select "Order Literature," then "Search," and then specify "68230" 
(be sure to select "Archive Only" -- the default is active products).  That 
should bring you to a page where you can download the PDF (for free).
