68230 Datasheet?

Anyone have a 68230 datasheet somewhere they can send me or refer me to?

Based on what I can find on the web, am I correct in assuming that I can
use it as a 16-bit port with per-pin programmable direction?  I.e., have
port A bits 1, 3, 5, 6, 7 as inputs, bits 0, 2, and 4 as outputs, and
similar bit-level control for port B?

I have 59 of these devices in case anyone needs a few :-)

I'm planning on building an automated DEC flip-chip card tester, but really
wanted something that's pin-programmable, so I could just jam in a board,
tell the software that it's an M220, and have it get tested...
