Kaypro keyboard\ Compaq/Xenix questions

Looking at the kbd cord on my Wyse WY-150 it looks like it might work for
your Kaypro too, if you can find a source (other Wyse terms use the 4-pin modular
connector). It's a fairly generous cable length, too.

And now for something completely different... (wussy yet officially "classic"
(1989HW/1991SW))

Has anyone seen anything in software that allows Compaq Deskpro 386/25 era
computers to use "user defined" fixed disks? My type-33 still works, but I
wonder what to do when it dies. The Setup disk only offers several preconfigured
disk types.

Also- does anyone have the Y2k patches for SCO Xenix (SLS xnx427d)? It's
disappeared from the SCOldera ftp site- not that I use Xenix much, but it would be
nice to have it working.
