HP 2623 terminals?

Regrettably, I have the spec sheet for the 2621A, 2622A, and 2625A, but not 
the 2623A.  However, it appears to be a 2622A with graphics capability 
added, according to the 1986 HP catalog (earliest I have).

The 2622A/2623A service manual states that both use the Z80A processor.
