I have found furniture company dumpsters a good source of styro
blocks, sheets and strips for packing. Mirrors and other furniture
come packed with it. I ask and they give it to me.

I am also able to buy used bubble wrap in big, bug bags from Carton
Services in Portland Oregon, although they just raised the price from
$15 to $18. They also have used & new recycled cartons at reasonable
prices. I bet there are similar business in other cities.
