Not necessarily some 1.2M drives rotated at 360RPM but used a higher data 
rate.  If it was 300RPM it was 1.2M but if it was 360RPM it could be 360K, 
720K, or 1.2M.

Using the speed alone you could separate most of 1.2M drives (300RPM).
