She's probaby laughing all the way to the bank.  Even before any
severance arrangements, she's probably pocketed nearly half a billion
dollars in salary, bonuses, and options.  Anyone that cares enough to
find out the numbers should be able to get them from HP's SEC filings:

I have to admit that the Compaq merger didn't turn out nearly as bad
as I expected, though it also didn't turn out nearly as well as Carly
promised.  But the "HP Way" is definitely dead and buried.

I'd suggest throwing a big party, but I doubt the board will do any
better with their next pick.
