I get hit with bozos like this who insist on using one of those web site
copy programs to download the whole thing in one large datafart. That
kind of thing really throttles an uplink, and it's gotten so bad that not
only do I ban on typical user agent strings, but I have a program that
scans the logs and reports lots of downloads or weird activity to a certain
IP that occurs in rapid fire fashion.

People think bandwidth grows on trees.
