Televideo Personal Terminal?

It is a PT 100. One of my favorite Televideo terminals. It is hardly larger  
than a compact keyboard and a small monitor (7"maybe).
 
When dropped the keyboard pops off quicker than shit....I found mine quite  
fragile but then I am hard on equipment. Used very little desk space and was  
perfect for moving around testing equipment. I went through several.
 
I seem to remember setup is a weird 3 key combination with one of the  
function keys (maybe the most right hand one) but I don't remember. That  was 15 
years ago. I have never seen a manual
