DOS/Win3.X Text Editors

I used Epsilon years ago when I was developing OS/2 systems in
the late 1980s.  It was a good programmer's editor and very
configurable, where you could write your own editing macros, etc.
I haven't used it in many years, but it was very handy at the time.
