DOS/Win3.X Text Editors

  Everybody seems to be mentioning a version of vi.  How odd.

  My editor of choice under DOS (and Windows) is PE (I use v1.0).  I've yet
to find a real bug (some limitations, yes, but bugs, nope).  Customizable,
non-modal, able to edit multiple files.  And only 40k executable.  It's
quite the nice little editor (and I've used it extensively for writing
programs).

  -spc (Heck, PE v1.0 will work under MS-DOS 1x ... )
