Downloadable from: http://thinking-forth.sourceforge.net
Or buy the book: http://tinyurl.com/4j52r

Also reccomended are "Stack Computers, the New Wave" by Phil Koopman
and "Real Time Forth" by Tim Hendtlass both of which are available
for download, but I don't have urls handy. Forth Inc. also have some
stuff on their website http://www.forth.com.

As you probably suspect, I'm a Forth user...
I really must get round to installing Forth on the 11/73 having got
it running under rt-11 and simh...too much to do, too little time :-(
