One thing I don't get is that he says he's 'throwing in' the IBM DOS
Technical Reference Manual.  Which is certainly far more rare than the
DOS 1.0 itself, if it's the 1.0 Tech Ref.

Outrageous price, though.  Are people REALLY offering him $200 for
copies of the diskette?  Hmmm, time to fire up one of my machines with a
DSDD floppy drive in them, eh?  ;)
