I've used Future Domain controllers (I may even have a couple laying 
around), they were bought out by Adaptec where support is still available.

I believe they went out of business after SCSI-II but before any 16-bit SCSI 
bus systems were developed (they had 16-bit ISA adaptors that could connect 
to 8-bit SCSI-II devices).
