Not sure if someone's already suggested it, but you could try a place
that does mag/alloy wheel repairs (that is, proper engineering repairs
not polishing!)  Race wheels tend towards pure mag.

(I won't go into how one of our director's speciality was to put an old
magnesium wheel in the middle of the bonfire...)
