Tektronix has a simple tutorial about oscilloscopes and how to make basic
measurements:
http://www.tek.com/Measurement/cgi-bin/framed.pl?Document=/Measurement/
programs/xyz_scopes/&FrameSet=oscilloscopes
You do have to give them your email address (registration), but IIRC it's a
pretty good XYZs of 'scopes tutorial.
