I doubt it. They'll have to charge even more in order to fund Eisner's
golden parachute.
Re: Celebration. Yes it's quickly becoming a massive failuare. EVERY
buyer there has to sign a non-disclosure agreement with Disney so they
can't criticize Disney or Celebration or even talk about any problems there
but it's quickly becoming common knowledge that it's flop. Many buyers are
leaving Celebration without even selling their homes so you know something
is seriously wrong.
