If you have a PCB shop that charges for vias, that is. The ones I've
looked at do not, they just charge for square inches. For example, up
to 80 square inches, 4 layers, quantity 5, $50 each from one company.
Judging by the other prices, 144 square inches might be $70-$80 or so.
