May.  I suspect this would be one of the easier cases, but that's
admittedly coming from someone who hasn't tried it.

Even if it isn't, tetris is not a difficult game to write.  I believe I
could even do it in x86 assembly; given timer and keyboard input hooks
(interrupts handlers, they'd have to be, under DOS), there isn't really
anything difficult.
