Correct, this has been a known law.  It's a good law in general,
but can be "wierd" when it comes to border-crossing situations
such as ePay.

I believe the Dutch Base Law amends this with ".. returned within
8 days after purchase", because there, any purchase can be un-done
within 8 days.
