The DSD card is most likey the controller for a DSD 440 or 880 disk drive 
subsystem, and guessing from the "DY" label, more likely to be a 440 
(only floppy drives, no fixed disk).  It's not equivalent 
(hardware-wise) to a DEC RX02 (or RX01) controller, but it is probably 
software-equivalent.
