I second that -- in fact, I've installed OpenVMS this on real
VAX hardware way, it works very well.

Grab the SIMH executables from here:
<http://simh.trailing-edge.com/sources/simhv33-0-exe-ether.zip>

Then grab the NetBSD/VAX 2.0 ISO here:
<ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/iso/2.0/vaxcd.iso>

Follow the instructions here:
<http://www.netbsd.org/Ports/vax/emulator-howto.html>

Voila, a working simulated VAX running NetBSD.

Finally, follow the instructions from:
<http://www.netbsd.org/Documentation/network/netboot/intro.pmax.html>

That gives you a lot of detail on how to netboot a DECstation
from a NetBSD server.

Now, I'm sure you're saying "Hey, that's a lot of crazy workaround to
get what I want!", but somehow I suspect it'll be more straightforward
than finding WIN2K mopd/tftp servers and getting them to work properly.
However, I have been known to be wrong in the past :)

Hope that helps!
