Holy cow...

Years before 9/11, Compaq gave me a clear-cased prototype of a notebook
computer with the strict warning to keep it out of public view. When airport
security in Houston asked me to take out my computer, I asked to do so in a
private area. That seemed to make them suspicious, and I was taken to a room
with three security personnel. They thought the computer was very strange,
and gave me a weird look when I explained the circumstances, but they
eventually let me through.
