TIME AND MONEY is a simple monitoring and planning program for
controlling home finances.

The program will work with any IBM personal computer, including the
junior, if it has 128K of memory, and at least one double-sided
floppy disk. It is compatible with DOS 1.1, 2.0, or 2.1. It will
work equally well in color or black and white.

The way to start TIME AND MONEY is to type TAMSTART or B:TAMSTART in
response to the operating system's request for a program to execute.
This will display the main menu of the TAM system. Then just follow
the menu directions. One item on this menu is detailed instructions
for using the program. From the menu, you can page through these
instructions or have them printed out. They are ten printed pages in
length. If you wish to experiment right away, select other things
from the main menu. There are 24 sample transactions in the system
that can be used immediately. There is also a sample budget in the
file called BUDDY. There is a sample financial plan in the file
called PLAN. Give these names when the system asks what budget or
plan to use.
