tournament.  See the "rules" chapter of the documentation.  Note that the
player numbers of opponents will NOT be available to the programs in the
tournament games.  See the "directory" file for e-mail addresses or phone
numbers for participants.  The last column contains B, S, or BS, for buyer-
only players, seller-only players, and buyer/seller entries
