Some question for the aftermath, which I'd better had prepared
beforehand. How is hardware transfer "normally" done on this list?

I would try to find out which one of the bidders is going to make proper use
of it. "Proper use" is not easily defineds, you should ask the bidder what
he is going to use it for. Then it is up to you
