What is a .SC4 document?

Well, as the file is from 1998, and I wrote it, I 
know it's not a Sim City 4 file :^)  Bjørn 
suggested that it might be a SuperCalc 4 file, 
but I suspect Applixware or one of the free unix 
spreadsheet apps from that time are more likely.
