Seeking Motorola S38FC012PIO2

[Vintage Computer Festival]

I'm trying to find a Motorola chip marked S38FC012PIO2.  I've checked
around and can't find anything online.

Does anyone recognize this chip?

I need to find one to replace a chip I have on an interface card here in
the hopes that replacing the chip will fix it.
