[OT] Troubleshooting ATA Drives..

This isn't going to make you feel any better (I don't think), but Maxtors
for me have had an abysmal track record. However, there are probably others
here who think they're tremendous and that my present drive brand of choice
(Western Digital) bites the unpleasantly large wax tadpole.
