I'm not sure what you mean by this, but I have been unable to think of
any meaning that is actually true, at least for me.  Unless someone can
come up with one that's actually usable in lynx.

...at which point they will be basically reinventing email, badly.

Or - maybe but not likely - well, in which case they will grow to
replace email, and we'll all be the better for it.
