minor list changes

Not unacceptable. Unreliable. Trying to do it off a line with dynamic 
address assignment - screwing up the interplay between DNS and sendmail, 
fighting DSL bottlenecks at the DSLAM, etc. etc. Is simply not the best way 
to run a mail server. I'm not saying people shouldn't do it actually. I'm 
merely saying that when it's done under those conditions, it's hard to 
complain about sporadic problems.The people who do it under those conditions 
will have to accept that they will have problems, and it's certainly their 
right to choose to do so.

And as per my previous email, no, not work bouncing mail addressed to.
