What the heck is XP? (not the Microsoft kind)

I tried `XP -microsoft -windows -"extreme programming"' and got what
looked like a good start on that.  (But nothing in the first few that
looked right for you.  Maybe throwing in a few other terms like
Tektronix would help.)
