Disk drive technology

[Computer Collector Newsletter]

Considering this posting and all the recent postings about hard drive size and
capacity, I thought I'd post links to a series of related articles I wrote a
few years ago for eWeek magazine (the one that used to be PC Week)... just in
case anyone else finds this stuff as interesting as I do.  The articles are
about R&D work for tapes and hard drives.
