The first Compaq portable; it was notable for it's "portability"
but also it's high degree of IBM compatiblity (for the time).

The AT&T 6300 was one of the first (I don't know what was first;
possibly the Eagle) to use the Phoenix BIOS, which was a MAJOR
milestone in PC history; these two things were the start of the
huge ramp-up of "compatibles".
