Apple //gs RamFAST/SCSI with CD-ROM troubles

Yes, I read all this in detail, but it doesn't contain much practical
information, at least that which applies to my situation.

Aha, that was probably the problem.  I did not see anywhere the HFS
driver on my OS disks.  I wonder if it's available online?
