My Data General Nova 4/X -- RDOS installed, booting from disk!

Success! It's running! I've got minor software problems, can't
SYSGEN a custom system, but the starter system is installed,
utilities there and working, both fixed and removeable platters
initialized with zero defects.

I forgot just how slooooow machines this vintage are!  It's very
much like driving an old car; you become very imtimate with the
thing during even simple file copies -- you can hear and feel the
individual disk seeks.
