Hazeltine 1420 manual

I've got a Hazeltine 1420 Video Display Terminal Reference Manual here... 
anyone want it? It is marked as from 1979, but then notes Rev B 1981... 
so it has to be at least from 1981 (unless Hazeltine was in the habit of 
predicting when revisions to their manuals would be printed).

Tell me why you want it if you want it, preference will be given to those 
that will scan it and make it available for others (I don't want to cut 
the manual in half, and my scanner won't handle tabloid size paper). We 
will go off the honor system that you won't lie to me about your reason 
for wanting it (basically, I don't want to give it to someone that is 
going to toss it into a nameless box of other manuals they are hording... 
I'd sooner take the time to photocopy and scan it myself if that is all 
that will happen with it).

There are also some pages of my notes in it on how to setup Pick OS to 
work with the Hazeltine as a terminal (configuration notes for the escape 
characters).
