Whilst scrounging around for some datasheets for the chips on the 1Meg 
30-pin SIMMs I have ( 8-chip - to find out the refesh timing -- turns out 
that those 1Meg chips won't work with a CoCo... :-( ) I stumbled across this:

Not sure if they planned on anyone finding this... but figures I would!
