The signals that are used for the paddles are the AND of two
digital signals that have pulses for the X and Y position of
the paddle.  Those are digital signals (though generated by
one-shots), and the AND gate that combines them is also clearly
digital.

And aren't the horizontal and vertical timings generated by
digital counters from a main oscillator?  It's been so long since
I've seen the schematic of an Odyssey that I don't recall, but
I can't see how they could generate acceptably stable video
with only inexpensive analog timing elements.
