Yes that what I always use, 15lb weight limit is the
only restriction as compared to the media rate. Also,
unlike media rate, the price varies with distance, it
can (amazingly) be less then half the cost of media
rate if shipping within a state, across the country it
will be about 1.5 times the media rate.
